YuMe To Serve Video Remnant Ads for Microsoft
Online video advertising ad network YuMe signed a deal with software giant Microsoft to sell remnant video advertisements (unsold inventory) across Microsoft's online properties, the companies announced.
Under the agreement, YuMe will sell Microsoft's excess online video ads as part of YuMe's lineup of publishers, letting marketers target by audience or genre, for instance. Microsoft will aggregate its video content into a private ad network on YuMe, giving advertisers an overall picture of the spots available on Microsoft's sites.
