This week our look at last week's news from the online video world includes several YouTube video training opportunities, both from ReelSEO and from YouTube itself. Also, YouTube released the second version of their YouTube Creator Playbook and we cover some of the highlights and changes to it that are different from version one.

Adobe announces Primetime, which seems to be their response to mobile video and the discontinuation of Flash for mobile, but it's for displaying ads seamlessly across platforms and devices more than for displaying video. And to wrap it up we look at a Google Chrome browser extension that lets you preview the video thumbnails of related videos on YouTube without actually having to click them.
