YouTube's Capture App has been available since last December and has proved a popular way for video creators to record, edit and then upload film from their iPhone, iTouch or iPads to their YouTube channel. Now, for its second major update, YouTube have tweaked the software to allow uploads to multiple channels, which is a super handy feature for those who divide their content across their different YouTube outlets. Not only can creators upload to different channels, they can now manage those channels from within the app itself.
The YouTube Capture app is compatible on devices running iOS 5 or above including the iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S & 5, the 3rd generation iPod Touch, the (3rd, 4th & 5th generation) and the iPad. Features include the ability to add a soundtrack and colour correction as well as reminding the user not to commit the heinous crime of filming in portrait rather than landscape mode. The first update, in May, added wireless streaming, iPad support, faster launch speeds and HD previews.
The app can be downloaded from the iTunes store here.
