I will cover the latest tools, information, and online resources for monitoring copyrights, trademarks and other policy guidelines with video on YouTube, and how businesses can best take advantage of YouTube's own tools for protecting their own video marketing activities. I will also include legal tips from attorneys specializing in Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, New Media, and Internet Law; plus, I will include information from interviews I've done with representatives of YouTube, themselves.
