As you all know, optimizing video content for search at this point requires following many of the same best practices already established for optimization of textual content. I found this video on webpronews where YuMe’s Vice President of Ad Operations, Bob Bahramipour tells Mike McDonald at SES that most video content is still found the old-fashioned way: via textual search engines. Our most recent post shows some research regarding the various methods of video discovery; and to Bob’s point, video search is one of the primary methods that users utilize in order to discover video content.
