The first person to submit what turns out to be 2011′s Suckiest Business Video wins a Kodak Playsport Pocket Video Camera and a copy of How To Shoot Video That Doesn't Suck. However, everyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a drawing to win one of four additional Kodak Pocket Video Cameras and copies of Steve's book. Readers can vote on the video they think is the worst which will help to establish the eventual winning entrant who will, of course, deserve a trophy suitable to the award.

The "Sucky Video Awards" Contest (the "Contest”) entry period begins at 5:00AM Pacific Time ("PDT”) December  12, 2011, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on December 31st, 2011 (the "Entry Period”).  Winners will be announced January 9th 2012

ELIGIBILITY: To participate in this Contest, you must be at least 13 years of age at time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, visit the ReelSEO Official Contest Page (the "Website”), http://www.reelseo.com/sucky-video-awards/, and complete the online entry form in its entirety, including the URL to a video that you think qualifies for this contest. Fill out the fields to agree to and accept the terms of the Official Rules, and submit (the "Entry”). Limit: one Entry per person, per email address during the Entry Period

CONTEST ENTRY CRITERIA: Each video must meet the following content restrictions:
– The video must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement;
- The video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The video must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- The video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state associated with this Contest, and the respective officers and employees of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest, or for any prizes won.By submitting an Entry, all Entrants agree that Sponsor has the unrestricted right to use any video in whole or in part, commercially or non-commercially, in all forms of media known or unknown, in perpetuity, worldwide, including the right to publish and display the video for advertising and publicity, and to edit and make derivative works, without notice or compensation, except where prohibited. Entrants also agree that Sponsor may post any video, including the entrant's first name, on its Web site(s) and/or its Web pages on third-party sites.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
