Pinnacle Video Contest Winners Announced

Pinnacle has announced the winners of the “Ultimate Pinnacle Studio Experience” online video contest.

The contest was supported by Microsoft and attracted more than a hundred participants. Prizes include Pinnacle Systems and Microsoft products valued at nearly $1,300. Winning video content producers were selected by contest website visitors who voted on the videos. With each video was a brief description with either a story, tips, or narrative about their experience with Pinnacle. The contest began December 6, 2007 and ended January 31, 2008.

The “Ultimate Pinnacle Studio Experience” contest winners are:

1st Place: Robert Huppe, of Oxford, Mississippi, received a Microsoft® Xbox 360 Elite, a Pinnacle PCTV™ HD Ultimate Stick and Pinnacle Title Extreme for his video, “Home video making is fun.”

“I have started doing home video editing with Pinnacle Studio about 5 years ago. I remember how proud I was after I burned my 1st DVD. 20 DVDs later I still enjoy doing it. It is a great way to capture memories. Very convenient to share with our relatives that dont get to see us , especially our kids, as often as they wish. I like to explore the visual effects possibilities that Studio offers. I like to share my experience with other Studio users too. Enjoy my short movie !”

2nd Place: Larry Hudson, of Detroit, Michigan, received a Microsoft® Zune 80GB, a Pinnacle PCTV HD Card and Pinnacle Scorefitter™ vol. 1 & 2 with original, royalty-free songs that can be used with Pinnacle Studio v.11 for his video, “Shanell, She’s Sweet 16.”

3rd Place: Jeff Wrubleski, of Boyertown, Pennsylvania, received a Microsoft® Zune 30GB and Pinnacle Scorefitter vol. 1 & 2 for his video, “Freinds skating.”
