The majority of the most popular sites, search terms and genres all consist of long-form content, highlighting the trend that online video viewing is on the rise and continuing to increase in popularity.

OVGuide.com received more than 18 million visits in May, with 10 million unique visitors. Users spent an average of 5.5 minutes on the outlet and conducted 9 million searches this month as well. OVGuide.com's database also expanded with the addition of more than 100 new online video destinations.
Other trends from May include:
- Although long-form content is king, OVGuide.com's General / Viral video sites remain popular. nothingtoxic topped the charts this month, followed by Blinkx, Break, Veoh and YouTube.
- In preparation for Memorial Day weekend as well as summer vacation, vlogMap was the most-trafficked May Travel site for OVGuide.com patrons. Others in the top five include ChinaOnTV, Richard Bangs Adventures, Travel VDO and TravelWizard.com.
- NBA TV jumped into the top five Sport sites this month as the playoffs are in full swing, receiving more than 7,000 visits from OVGuide.com viewers. Additional top sites in this genre include ESPN, MMA Fight Dump, Sky Sports and YouTube Sports.
OVGuide.com is also open to suggestions on new, high-quality outlets to add to its site. It currently has a running contest that challenges online video fanatics to find destinations that are not currently indexed in its database.
