The Day In Online Video News And Views 22nd November 2013

To add some fuel to the new YouTube comments system fire, it looks like there may be a security issue with flagged Google+ accounts. Which isn't really an issue I guess unless the G+ account is yours and the flagging results in your whole YouTube channel being taken down. A G+ user encountered this very problem when his account was reported for impersonation and he lost access to all Google features, including YouTube and Gmail in the aftermath. He claims that his account was in good standing and he didn't receive any kind of notification from Google. The whole thing is really rather a mess.

An app called Twitcasting, which lets you stream and broadcast live videos with your Twitter or Facebook account has already taken Japan by storm and has now set its sights on Western teenagers. These and other stories from the day in video.
