Move Networks Signs with Microsoft Silverlight

US online TV streaming specialist Move Networks is partnering with Microsoft to integrate with the software giant’s Silverlight media player.

Move Networks, whose clients include ABC, Fox and The CW, said the combination of its own technology with Silverlight would add new interactive advertising capabilities to its HD streaming services.

“By partnering with Microsoft we’re offering the most flexible, creative platform for creating the best video and navigation experience for online television,” said Move CEO John Edwards.
