Solving Inefficiencies in Text-Based Metadata -Part 1

Written May 15, 2008 – 9:48 pm | by Mark Robertson |

This session, titled, “Solving the inefficiencies inherent in using text-based metadata for indexing moving media,” was delivered by Shawn Gold, Director, Viewdle. This session was recorded during the 2008 Video Search Summit in San Francisco, CA. This is part 1 of 4 videos for this session.

I apologize about the audio and video quality on these sessions. I know that the Video Search Summit will have audio available in the future and I thank Videoagency for excellent job and effort in putting these together.  Unfortunately, I think the filmmaker in this session should have had another mic set up and not just one in the board…  ;-(
