Hulu, the NBC-News Web video site, might launch as early as this Wednesday according to LostRemote. No official date has been announced by Hulu, though a first quarter launch has been expected for some time. According to the Silicon Alley Insider, they also expect Hulu to launch possibly this week as Hulu has a meeting today with the company's analysts.
