Google Glass gets a mention for the third day in a row as a motorist in San Diego is officially booked for wearing a pair while driving. Now Cecilia Abadie is turning to the internet to bring attention to the incident, which apparently violates California Vehicle Code Section 27602, because she considers it unfair. Google Glass can be used as a GPS but the police officer, who also booked Abadie for speeding, obviously decided that it posed a danger to both the driver and to other motorists. This and other news in the daily round up.
