Now We Can All Create Our Own Dancing Pony Remix. Awesome.

Just when you thought you couldn't stand to see another danced based viral video in your inbox or news stream, up pops Socks, the soft shoe shuffling Shetland Pony and you're in up to your neck again. The original video from Three, the subject of blanket coverage in the media this week, has just topped 4 Million YouTube views which is impressive in itself but ad agency Wieden + Kennedy intend to keep up the momentum long into the coming weeks with their launch of the Pony Mixer, a generator which lets you customize adorable little Shetland ponies and get them to dance to your favourite flavour of music be it funk, hip-hop, rave, boy band, Bollywood or rock.
You can share your own version on Twitter (using the hashtag #DancePonyDance) and Three will take the best and show them as part of their nationwide TV campaign in the UK. Here are a selection of some remixes that have already been uploaded to the Three Channel on YouTube:
Rock Pony #DancePonyDance
Hip Hop Pony #DancePonyDance
Rave Pony #DancePonyDance
Boyband Pony #DancePonyDance
Anyway, it's Saturday and no one works on Saturday, right? So, head over to the pony mixer (here) and get your dancing pony on. Or, check out the Reel Dance Pony Party (here).
