Not only is the GalaxyS5 a yummy looking phone, it has, along with the usual gubbins, the ability to minimize or eliminate shadows via its high-dynamic-range feature. This 15-sec clip is taken directly from a longer YouTube video and Samsung are using Instagram to promote both that, and the phone itself.
